About me
As a working mother of two young children, I understand the daily juggle and the importance of setting a good example when it comes to healthy eating. My approach to nutrition is rooted in my own journey overcoming unhealthy relationships with food and embracing my Italian heritage, where food is synonymous with bringing loved ones together. Simplifying healthy eating and nourishing the family is key for me.
No foods are off the table here. Since being diagnosed with an auto-immune disease over 10 years ago, I believe now more than ever that good nutrition and movement is essential for promoting longevity, but I am also able to be the best version of myself each day for my children. Food is fuel, food is nourishment for our bodies, and I’m dedicated to helping you see it that way too.
As a qualified nutrition coach with extensive life experience, I juggle being a busy Mum to two young (energetic) children, working full-time, and running a business. This puts me in a unique position to understand the challenges women face today when trying to “do-it-all”.
